Comments About This Site
Point Ellice House, a Heritage House in Victoria, B.C., contains one of the largest collections of Victorian-era artifacts in Canada. In addition to details and photographs about this collection, the Web site also features an in-depth tour of the building and grounds, and provides a view of how the O'Reilly family lived between the years of 1895 to 1910. The construction of the Web site was used as the basis for training students in the areas of Web development, graphics design, digital photography, programming, and consulting/small business skills. My responsiblity was to work with the site curator to conceptualize the site, provide training, supervise the coding process and coordinate digital photography and database development.
