Folklore Heritage of the Pacific Northwest

Comments About This Site
This Web site is significant because it brings together a large volume of British Columbia's folk history, and with it a mosiac as varied as the province's terrain. Designed as a companion to the Grade 10 British Columbia Social Studies curriculum, it covers elements of local history that bring national events into context, as well as a handful off-beat anecdotes that may or may not be true...
I was also involved in creating a companion CD-ROM that included this website and a number of videos of the original folk song authors and artists. The CD-ROM is being distributed to school libraries across the province.
